About Sprout

I am a graphic designer and owner of Sprout Design. I earned my degree in Visual Communications Design from Purdue University, and I have 10 years of experience working in print and digital media. I have been the recipient of several Evansville Design Group and American Advertising Federation awards, and my work has been internationally published. My projects range from branding, signage, and traditional media, to website design. I especially enjoy working with businesses and organizations to create their brand from the ground up.

I am currently a member of the Courthouse Creative Cooperative, a group of designer friends who share office space and collaborate on projects. I am also the vice president of the Evansville Design Group, a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, networking, and enrichment within and among the Evansville community.

My spare time is spent with my husband and three cats in a 150-yr-old home in the Haynie’s Corner Arts District. I enjoy gardening and plants, but I’m embarrassingly good at killing them if they’re indoors. I also love crafting with friends and finding other fun ways to create.

The Courthouse Creative Cooperative

The Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse is the most iconic structure that graces the Evansville skyline. The building is considered to be one of the most important examples of 19th century governmental architecture in the country. The Courthouse Creative Cooperative is lucky to call our office on the 3rd floor of this building our home away from home. The members of the cooperative consist of: Marskberry Design (Samantha Marksberry), Nick Basham Design (Nick Basham), Matt Wagner Design (Matt Wagner), Smarter Games (Marion Rose), and Sprout Design (Rachel Wambach). We love to collaborate, and our unique structure allows us to pull in as many designers as needed on projects. We also contract with a large network of photographers, writers, agencies, etc. outside of our cooperative.
